Happy Birthday, Jode Star Ranch

Yesterday, the 18th, was my friend Jodi's 28th Birf-day. I met Jodi when I was a wee lass of 18 years old. We worked together at Office Depot. Years later, I introduced her to a handsome lad and he whisked her off to the beautiful land of Iowa. You just don't meet friends like Jodi every day. In fact, she's the kind of friend who leaves a huge hole in your life when she leaves, and it is never actually filled up again. So many memories, I have to list a few.
-Denise Hueschle throwing keys at Jodi's face.
-Carlos having "the hots for my mots".
-almost dying in a car crash because we had to go to Holland for Dairy Queen.
-Paul ruining every Aerosmith song for us ever (singing with his green teeth and all).
-Setting someone's aunt's bedspread on fire.
-Parties with Tim and Leah
-Brazil and our driver (remember the new words you taught him?)
Well Jodi, I hope that you had a really great day. I miss you tons and I can't wait to see you this summer.

Are you saying Jodi is like a cavity?

A hole that does not go away unless a ADA certified dentist drills into her to remove all of the black decay and then fills the void with molten metals so that it never surfaces again?

Those friends are hard to find! Happy birthday my friend. May you be a cavity to many who love you.

Tell Josh I said happy birthday to him as well. And Happy Tulip Time to Pella.
